Khaberni - Mai Ezz El Din entered the intensive care unit in the past few hours, after her health deteriorated due to a condition she suffered about two weeks before Ramadan.
Her husband, Ahmed Taimour, announced via his official Instagram account that she had been hospitalized a week ago, before undergoing a surgery on Friday that took several hours, stating that she is currently in the intensive care unit under close medical observation.
He asked the public and her fans to pray for her swift recovery and to overcome this health crisis quickly.
Taimour confirmed that Mai's health situation required surgical intervention today, necessitating her stay in intensive care for close monitoring, especially as she has been suffering from health issues for about two weeks before the advent of Ramadan.
