Khaberni - The number of unemployed in Germany decreased this February compared to last January, recording 3 million job seekers.
The Federal Employment Agency announced today, Friday, that the number of unemployed this month reached 3.07 million people in Germany, marking a decrease of about 15,000 compared to last January.
Conversely, the number of unemployed increased by about 81,000 compared to February 2025.
According to the data, the unemployment rate in February decreased by 0.1 percentage points compared to last January, reaching 6.5%.
