Khaberni - The Grand Criminal Court sentenced to death by hanging until death a person who killed another with a rifle bullet that penetrated his neck, in retaliation for him shocking his vehicle and fleeing the scene.
In the details of the incident, the victim's vehicle collided with the accused's vehicle at a commercial establishment, after which the victim fled.
According to the court decision, the accused saw the victim's vehicle in the commercial center and recognized it despite the latter’s attempt to change its features, and thereafter, he followed its movements and planned to retaliate against him.
According to the investigations, while the victim was eating with another person in the "pickup basin," and before he could finish his meal, the accused (the killer) called on him to help him, and in response, the victim asked the person accompanying him to leave.
The killer took advantage of the victim being alone, and before he could return to climb into his vehicle, the killer fired a bullet at the victim, which hit the vehicle’s glass, penetrated his neck, and claimed his life.
The court concluded by convicting the accused of premeditated murder and sentencing him to death by hanging until death.
