Khaberni - The Al-Mazar Al-Janoubi Directorate launched an initiative to receive citizens' feedback via a WhatsApp number, assisted by the Deputy Director of Al-Mazar Al-Janoubi Dr. Salah Al-Hashem.
The initiative aims to:

Transfer feedback quickly and efficiently to ensure the speedy implementation of necessary legal actions.
Maintain total confidentiality of all messages and feedback.
