Prince Harry and his wife begin a humanitarian visit in Jordan

Khaberni -   Prince Harry and his wife Meghan arrived in Jordan on Wednesday on a two-day humanitarian visit, focusing on health humanitarian efforts to support communities suffering from conflicts and displacement.

The High Commissioner for Refugees stated on its "X" page that it was "honored to welcome the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan at the Zaatari refugee camp.

It added that Prince Harry and Meghan "met with young refugees at the youth center, and joined children in playing football and in arts and music activities."

The couple stepped down from their royal duties in 2020 and moved to live in the United States with their two children.

The couple participated in a meeting with representatives of donor countries for the World Health Organization, United Nations partners, and officials to discuss the provision of health services to Jordanians and refugees.

They visited a private hospital in Amman "to check on the children who were evacuated from Gaza to receive medical care.
