Khaberni- The Central Bank of Jordan, on behalf of the government, will issue on Thursday, the ninth issuance of the current year of treasury bonds valued at 100 million dinars.
According to data viewed by "Al-Mamlaka", the maturity date for the current issuance is March 1, 2029, while the bank noted that the settlement date is March 1, 2026.
Treasury bonds are financing instruments with long-term maturities ranging from two to twenty years, and vary between government/treasury bonds and those issued by companies.
Meanwhile, treasury bills; are short-term government debt instruments issued for terms ranging from 3 to 12 months, and are characterized as low-risk financial instruments that are traded in the financial markets for buying and selling.
