Khaberni - In a new media interview, Egyptian artist Bushra talked about the reasons for her divorce from Khaled Hamida, her relationship with her first ex-husband, and her net worth.
In her latest media appearance, Egyptian star Bushra revealed new aspects of her personal life, pointing to the reasons behind her separation from her last husband, Khaled Hamida, and discussed her first husband and father of her children, as well as her interactions with colleagues in the entertainment industry.
Bushra denied rumors that her separation from Khaled Hamida was due to the failure of a joint business project between them, describing it as a "rumor." She confirmed that the project is still ongoing, and that she is still involved in it. She added that their marriage lasted a year and a half, noting that not announcing the marriage from the beginning led the press to believe it was only 11 months long.
Bushra said about the decision to divorce: "I am not impulsive, and by an early choice I prefer to end the relationship before things escalate to difficult stages, God sometimes inspires me with something like a dream, and I act accordingly."
Bushra confirmed that if she could go back in time, she would still choose to marry Khaled because she loved him, explaining: "This marriage involved more of my heart than my mind, but sure, I don't still love him."
She clarified that the main reason for the separation was the lack of continuous communication; as Khaled was often traveling, and appeared infrequently during festivals or events, which made their shared life seem like a not real marriage.
Bushra pointed out that her parents approved of her first husband and considered him suitable for her, adding that the reason for their separation was their different lifestyles; where her husband sought family stability, while Bushra was focused on her artistic success and personal choices at that time.
She expressed respect for her relationship with her ex-husband, considering him a respectable person and a good father to her children, affirming that they are friends to this day.
In response to a question about her fortune, Bushra jokingly said: "Only 10,000 Egyptian pounds," confirming that she does not allow others to interfere in her life. She added sarcastically about society's perspective: "Who are those who will look down on me or make decisions in my life? My life is mine and I live it."
She emphasized that she respects people as much as they respect her, but no one is allowed to interfere in her private life.
