Khaberni - The Bahraini Ministry of Interior announced today, Wednesday, that "a Bahraini boat was subjected to an armed robbery, where it was taken under the threat of arms to Iranian waters".
The ministry said in a statement: "The incident of the Bahraini boat being taken under arms to Iranian waters occurred on February 18th of this month".
The ministry clarified that "the Bahraini sailors who were on board were released about three hours after they were detained, before they returned towards Bahrain safely".
