Khaberni - The Southern Command of the US Army announced on Monday that it "attacked a drug ship in the Caribbean Sea", clarifying that the operation resulted in the death of three of the smugglers.
The Southern Command of the US Army stated in a statement: "Under the direction of the US Southern Command General Francis Donovan, the Joint Task Force Southern Spear executed a lethal military strike on a ship belonging to terrorist-classified organizations."
The statement added: "Intelligence confirmed that the ship was crossing known drug smuggling routes in the Caribbean region".
The Southern Command of the US Army pointed out that "the ship was involved in drug smuggling operations".
It also confirmed "the killing of three drug dealers during this operation, and no US military forces were harmed".
