Best Highlights Ronaldinho I no longer love watching football matches

Khaberni  - The retired Brazilian star Ronaldinho, formerly of Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, made a surprising confession, complaining about the length of football matches.

Ronaldinho (45 years old), known during his career for his amazing skills, magical touches, and constant smile, admitted that he no longer enjoys watching football matches as a fan and that it has become a difficult task for him.

Ronaldinho said before participating in the Legends match between Barcelona and Real Madrid, highlighted by the Spanish newspaper Marca, "I don't like watching football matches, I just like to see the highlights, because following a 90-minute match is too much unless it's a final or a derby."

He added, "If it's not either, I don't like watching them, then I feel stressed. One starts to think, how could that player miss that pass? And then I start to get angry."

The newspaper commented on Ronaldinho's statements saying that he "is now speaking from the other side of the spotlight, where while the fan finds pleasure in the matches, the 2002 World Cup champion sees from his perspective decisions and mistakes and precise details that he previously turned into magic on the field, which today turn into tension."

Ronaldinho is currently in the United States, where he participated with his former team Barcelona in the Legends match against Real Madrid, gathering stars and legends from both teams.

The classic was held at the "BMO" Stadium as part of the 2026 Legends series in Los Angeles and ended in a 1-1 draw.

A Glorious Career for Ronaldinho

Ronaldinho won a total of 12 titles with these clubs, most notably the UEFA Champions League with Barcelona 2005-2006, and the Copa Libertadores with Atlético Mineiro 2013-2014.

He also represented the Brazil national team in 97 international matches, scoring 33 goals and providing 29 decisive assists, according to the renowned website Transfermarkt, and won with "Selecao" the World Cup 2002, Copa America 1999, and the Confederations Cup in 2005.

Ronaldinho also won the Ballon d'Or for the best player in the world once in 2005, in addition to the Best Player award (The Best) presented by FIFA twice in 2004 and 2005 consecutively.
