The Minister of Interior inaugurates the expedited service office in the Civil Status and Passports Department

Khaberni - The Minister of the Interior, Mazen Al-Faraya, inaugurated on Monday the expedited service office at the Civil Status and Passports Department, with the attendance of the department’s Director General Gaith Al-Tayeb.

Al-Faraya emphasized the importance of development and modernization at the expedited service office, which aims to meet the growing needs and improve the quality and speed of services provided, considering their necessity and the continuous and urgent need of the citizens.

He pointed out that the performance at the expedited service office should contribute to enhancing the experience of the visitors and provide a more organized and efficient service environment, meeting aspirations towards modern and effective governmental services.

In this context, Al-Faraya appreciated the support of a telecommunication company in implementing the redevelopment of the office, which contributes to organizing service pathways more effectively, reducing waiting times, and enhancing the smooth flow of visitors with faster and smoother procedures.

For his part, Al-Tayeb explained the importance of this office and its role in providing various services throughout the week, including official holidays, and maintaining extended working hours daily, enabling visitors to complete their transactions according to their different circumstances.
