Hassan and Bajram Begaj Discuss Enhancing Bilateral Relations Between Jordan and Albania

Khaberni - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan received the Albanian President Bajram Begaj at the Prime Minister's residence on Monday, where they discussed ways to enhance the bilateral relations between the countries and expand the horizons of cooperation in various fields.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister affirmed Jordan's commitment, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, to developing its relations with the Republic of Albania and enhancing joint cooperation in the fields of health, education, information technology, and tourism, serving the interests of both countries.

On his part, the Albanian President expressed his appreciation for the level of relations between the two countries, praising the pivotal role played by Jordan under the leadership of His Majesty the King in establishing security and stability in the region, and promoting dialogue and understanding between countries. The meeting also addressed a number of regional and international issues of common interest.

The two sides emphasized the importance of intensifying international efforts to stop the escalation in the region and support the endeavors aimed at achieving peace and stability.

Attending the meeting were the Minister of State for Prime Minister Affairs Abdul Latif Al-Najdawi, Minister of Health Dr. Ibrahim Al-Badour, the head of the guest's accompanying honor delegation, the non-resident Jordanian ambassador to Albania Zuhair Al-Nasour, and the Albanian ambassador to Jordan Sami Sheiba.
