According to the report issued by 34 offices affiliated with the Department of Lands and Survey, which was monitored by "Al-Mamlaka", the difference between the past two years in mortgage transactions on properties amounts to 1,281 transactions, reflecting an expansion in credit activity related to property during 2025 compared to the previous year.
