Special section for managing scheduled messages
After scheduling messages, WhatsApp will display them in a dedicated section within the conversation info screen, which gives the user the ability to easily manage all scheduled messages.
They can be modified, deleted, or completely controlled before being sent, without any notification or alert reaching the recipient.
Limited alternative before the official feature
Currently, iOS users can schedule messages using the Shortcuts app, by creating an automated send process at a specified time, but this solution may be less convenient compared to the integrated feature that WhatsApp is developing.
For individual and group conversations
The new feature will support both individual and group conversations alike, allowing users to schedule messages for specific contacts or for announcements in WhatsApp groups, making it a powerful tool for organizing messages and smart communication.
