Khaberni - Al-Hussein Irbid Club decided the summit of the sixteenth round of the Jordanian Professional Football League by winning against their guest, Al-Wehdat Club.
The match, which took place on Saturday evening at Al-Hassan Stadium, ended with the home team winning two goals to none.
The goals for «The Royal» were scored by professional Kofi (30th minute) and Mohamed Abu Ghosh (80th minute).
Al-Hussein moved up to the top of the league with 34 points, and with one game less than the runner-up, Al-Ramtha Club, which also has the same score.
In contrast, Al-Wehdat remained in fourth place with 30 points, behind Al-Faisaly Club with 33 points.
