Khaberni - Approximately 100,000 worshippers performed the Isha and Tarawih prayers tonight, Friday, within the precincts of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque - the Noble Sanctuary in the occupied city of Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Islamic Waqf stated in its announcement that 100,000 worshippers performed the Isha and Tarawih prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the restrictions and stern measures imposed by the Israeli occupying forces on the entrance of the worshippers, and their prevention of Palestinian citizens from the West Bank from reaching it.
Today, the occupying forces prevented thousands of worshippers from reaching Al-Aqsa Mosque, and turned thousands away at the Qalandiya checkpoint, north of occupied Jerusalem, and the (300) checkpoint separating the cities of Jerusalem and Bethlehem.
It should be noted that the occupying forces have intensified their military measures in and around the city of Jerusalem and at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque, to prevent worshippers from accessing it, while in the recent days, they have delivered more than 300 Jerusalem residents with exclusion orders from Al-Aqsa Mosque during the holy month.
