Khaberni - The president and members of the administrative body in the club of graduates of Pakistani universities and institutes made a protocol visit to the Pakistani embassy in Amman this morning, where they were received by His Excellency Ambassador Khurram Sarfraz Khan, on the occasion of his assuming the duties of his position as ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During the meeting, the delegation of the club expressed their sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency the Ambassador for success in performing his duties, affirming their pride in the deep brotherly relations between the two friendly countries, and praising the continuous development and coordination in various fields. They also conveyed to His Excellency their sincerest congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to Almighty God to return it to both peoples with goodness, blessings, and prosperity, and to perpetuate their elevation and prosperity.
For his part, His Excellency the Ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation for this kind gesture from the club, valuing the role it plays in strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Jordan and Pakistan, especially in the academic and cultural fields.
It is noted that the club of graduates of Pakistani universities and institutes was established in 1980, and since then it has continued its mission in serving Jordanian students wishing to complete their studies at Pakistani universities, by providing the necessary guidance, orientation, and intellectual support for free, contributing to enhancing the scientific, knowledge, and cultural exchange between the two countries.
At the end of the visit, shields and memorial gifts were exchanged in an atmosphere that reflected the spirit of affection and mutual appreciation, affirming the continuation of cooperation for the good and interest of the two friendly peoples.
