Khaberni - The Public Service and Administration Authority circulated a letter to public sector employees, inviting them to participate in an analytical study on their trends and opinions towards the official working system, and to survey their opinion on implementing a four-day workweek instead of the current 5 days.
According to the document, the proposed work system would operate on four work days a week with a duration of 8 hours and 45 minutes daily (which is an increase of an hour and 45 minutes over the current daily duration).
The authority confirmed the necessity of filling out the survey electronically by the end of the workday on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
