Khaberni - Her Highness Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center, honored the Arab Bank, represented by the bank's Executive General Manager Randa Sadik, in recognition of the bank’s strategic contribution and ongoing support to the "Back to School" program, which aims to provide educational support to child cancer patients during their treatment at the center.
Her Highness also honored twenty volunteer employees from the Arab Bank who actively contribute to implementing the program's activities, in recognition of their role in supporting the sick children academically and emotionally.
This honor comes as a recognition of the solid cooperation between the foundation and the bank, which has continuously sponsored the "Back to School" program since 2017.
The program has made a tangible and positive impact in the lives of more than 2,800 students at various educational levels, by supporting them in continuing their education without delay, enhancing their psychological state, and giving them confidence and hope.
The program includes providing weekly private lessons for the official curriculum, and supplying essential items such as stationery, books, and laptop computers..
