Khaberni - Actor Shia LaBeouf experienced a tumultuous night during the "Mardi Gras" celebrations in New Orleans, USA, after getting involved in a fight outside a bar in the French Quarter, leading to the arrival of paramedics and ending with his arrest.
Video clips published by TMZ showed Shia, shirtless, confronting a group of people outside the bar, getting beaten and falling to the ground before a man landed two strong punches on his face.
According to an eyewitness, Shia was removed from the bar by staff for an unknown reason before the fight broke out, then he returned to the location where he received first aid before being transported to the hospital with injuries of unknown severity. According to court records, he was charged with two counts of simple assault.
This comes amidst the actor's previous history with addiction and mental health issues, as he had previously entered a rehabilitation facility by court order in 2017, and later sought long-term treatment and support programs, after linking his substance use to childhood trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.
