Khaberni - The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research warns students and their guardians against advertisements promoting the securing of university admissions abroad, especially in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where advertisements by unlicensed offices or individuals have spread, some of which have been proven to be fake, misleading, and illegal. The Ministry also confirms that these advertisements are not issued by it or any of its licensed university service offices, and dealing with them is done at the individual's own responsibility for any resulting financial and academic damages. The Ministry added that its work tasks include organizing and monitoring the offices that provide services for students operating inside the Kingdom only, and that these activities are not included within the scope of the Higher Education Student Services Offices System No. (72) for the year 2017 in the Kingdom.
Therefore, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research calls on its students and their families to exercise utmost caution before paying any money to any entity outside the Kingdom that claims the ability to secure university admissions in higher education institutions outside the Kingdom, and emphasizes the importance of verifying this information through the Jordanian embassies accredited in the concerned countries, or through official accredited channels, in order to avoid fraud and to protect the rights of students and their families.
