Khaberni - State Professor Abdul Karim Al-Kabariti, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Amman Al-Ahliya University, sponsored yesterday evening 16-2-2026 at the Arena Theater, the university's celebration for the second day of graduation of its students for the first semester 2025-2026 from cohort (33) for faculties: "Engineering, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Nursing, Architecture and Design, and the Medical Sciences and Agricultural Technology", attended by Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, President of the University, Professor Omar Al-Hourani, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and a number of members of the Board of Trustees, Deputy Rector Professor Dr. Ahmad Hamdan"Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry", Assistant President for Accreditation, Quality, and Planning Dr. Eyad Shaaban, the Deans, faculty members, and a number of administrative staff members, and a large crowd of the graduates' families and invited guests. 
The ceremony began after the national anthem with a beautiful recitation from the Holy Quran, recited by the graduate student Adam Al-Hadidi from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management. 
•    Then, Dean of Student Affairs Professor Dr. Mustafa Atiyat delivered the university’s speech at the ceremony, welcoming the event's patron, the president of the university, the members of the Board of Trustees, the deans, faculty and administrative staff, attendees, graduates, and their families, then said:  On this special day, a day of pride and honor, I am pleased to welcome you all to your university – Amman Al-Ahliya University, the first private university in Jordan, where we celebrate the graduation of an outstanding batch of students from faculties: Engineering, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Nursing, Architecture and Design, and the Medical and Agricultural Technology Sciences.
It is a day where we reap the fruits of years of diligence and perseverance, a day that epitomizes the meanings of determination and persistence in the faces of our graduates. Each one of you carries a unique success story, and every achievement we celebrate today is a badge of pride on all our chests.
He added: This day is further beautified as we celebrate it in the precincts of Amman Al-Ahliya University, this prestigious academic institution founded by the late Dr. Ahmad Al-Hourani, may God bless his soul, who had a noble mission in mind that education is the basis for the renaissance of nations and the gateway to the future. Following that pioneering vision, the university continues its journey with steadiness and ambition, supported by the sincere support and strategic vision of His Excellency Dr. Maher Al-Hourani, Chairman of the Board of Directors, who has made development and excellence a steadfast and unyielding choice.
Furthermore, leading the academic work is Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, President of the University, with wisdom and competence, placing quality and innovation at the core of the institutional approach. With this leadership integration and clear vision, the university has established its position as a national model of excellence, and a well-regarded academic beacon at local, regional, and international levels
He then said: Thanks to this leadership integration, Amman Al-Ahliya University has achieved a distinguished presence at local, regional, and international levels and has recorded tangible academic achievements, among the most prominent are:
•    Ranking the university within the (761–770) category globally according to the QS ranking, and holding the first position among private Jordanian universities, and third amongst all Jordanian universities.
•    Being listed among the top (500-401) universities globally in the Times Higher Education ranking and the first among Jordanian universities.
•    Maintaining leadership in Hospitality Management for the second consecutive year.
•    Achieving the first place in the field of Arts and Design, and the third place in the fields of Arts and Humanities.
•    Reaching the (101–200) category in the University Impact Rankings for 2026 among more than 2300 universities around the world.
•    Achieving 186th place in the Asian Universities Ranking, and the 23rd place in the Times Arab Ranking.
•    Leading the private universities locally in the Webometrics ranking, and the 41st position Arab-wide.
In response to the royal directives and the guidance of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, supporting technical and vocational education, the university established the Faculty of Technical Education offering intermediate diploma degrees, and obtained accreditation from Pearson to offer BTEC international programs in various specialties that meet labor market needs.
Addressing the graduates, he said: Our sons and daughters graduates, you have made considerable effort and overcome many challenges with will and determination, and today we extend to you the highest greetings for this deserved graduation, and we congratulate your honorable parents who have been your greatest support throughout this blessed journey.
He concluded his speech by saying: At Amman Al-Ahliya University, as we celebrate the graduation of a new batch of our sons and daughters, we affirm our pride and appreciation for our wise Hashemite leadership, and the honorable national stances of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, may God protect him, which embody a solid national will that expresses the unity of Jordanians with their diverse origins and backgrounds. May God aid us all to serve our university and our beloved Jordan under the august Hashemite leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein and his trustful crown prince.
•    Then, the event's patron, alongside the president of the university, honored Dr. Murad Maaytah in recognition of his excellence in the field of scientific research and his valuable contributions to the academic journey. 
•    The graduates' speech was then delivered by graduate student Ayham Majid Saifan / Faculty of Information Technology / Specialization in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, where he welcomed the event's patron, the deans, professors, attendees, and the graduates' families and said: 
Today, I stand before you representing my fellow graduates, grateful for this momentous occasion, and deeply thanking State President Abdul Karim Al-Kabariti, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, President of Amman Al-Ahliya University, and His Excellency Dr. Maher Al-Hourani, Chairman of the Board of Directors, the deans of colleges, and the faculty and administrative staff, for their efforts and support that led us to this day.
Then he said: Indeed, it has been a long journey, years filled with challenges and successes, moments when we felt on top of the world, and others when the path seemed impossible. Yet, each time we fell, we rose again, and whenever we felt despair, we found in the words of our professors and the support of our peers the strength to move forward.
Addressing his fellow graduates, he said: The real world now awaits you with all its beautiful and harsh details. You will face difficulties you never imagined and achieve successes beyond your dreams. Do not fear failure, for failure is not the end of the road but a ladder upon which you climb. 
After expressing gratitude towards his parents and the families of the graduates, he concluded his speech to the graduates: Start today with steady steps towards your dreams, and sometimes look back to see the distance you have covered, as you might need this reminder when you feel tired.
•    Then, Professor Dr. Ahmad Hamdan, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, read the graduation statement confirming that these students from various faculties obtaining their bachelor’s degrees, which were included in today's ceremony, have completed their degree requirements and deserve their certificates, calling for their distribution. 
•    The ceremony was hosted by student Ayah Fares Ghneim / Faculty of Architecture and Design, who presented the various segments of the celebration with heartfelt words before each part, which was well received and appreciated by the audience. 
•    At the end of the ceremony, the event's patron, alongside the president of the university, handed the certificates to the graduates and the honorary awards to the high achievers
