Khaberni - Palestinian National Council member Imran Al-Khatib, on Monday, emphasized that Jordan offers all forms of support for Jerusalem and all Palestinian territories, providing protection to Al-Aqsa Mosque and assistance to Jerusalemites, supporting them to remain in Jerusalem.
Al-Khatib stated on the program "The Tenth," that the Jordanian role supports the Palestinians' presence in their land, adding that Jordanian diplomacy also plays a significant role in defending Palestinian territories.
He mentioned that Jordan provides numerous aids to Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip, pointing to the presence of several Jordanian field hospitals in Palestinian territories, and Jordan also receives patients from Gaza Strip for treatment on royal directives.
He emphasized the importance of the Hashemite custodianship over Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.
