Reconciliation between deputies Abu Hudaib and AlKhasawneh after a dispute under the dome

Khaberni - The governorate of Irbid in northern Jordan witnessed a reconciliation between MPs Mohammad Abu Hudaib and Abdul Nasser Al-Khasawneh, following the issue that occurred between the two parties Khaberni, today Monday, inside the Parliament.

The reconciliation was led by former MP Husni Al-Shayab, during his reception of political, parliamentary, and tribal figures today.

The Parliament session today, Monday, saw charged atmospheres as the discussion of the gas bill continued, Khaberni amid a sharp parliamentary debate among several MPs.

According to what unfolded under the dome, a dispute erupted between MP Mohammad Hudaib and his colleague Abdul Nasser Al-Khasawneh over a conflict related to a request to speak with the council president, Mazen Al-Qadi, where Hudaib addressed Al-Khasawneh saying: "When I was an MP you were playing in the streets".

This approach did not sit well with Al-Khasawneh, who responded by defending the presidency, emphasizing the need to respect the presidential position, and noting that the council president represents the head of the legislative authority, and that adherence to the internal system is obligatory under the dome.

President of the council, Mazen Al-Qadi, emphasized the need for discipline and adherence to legislation, saying: "No talk but legislation… those who like it, and those who don’t should leave the session", affirming that the bill has been up for discussion for four sessions.

The president of the council also directly addressed MP Mohammad Hudaib saying: "Attend first and be present, then speak", which angered MP Hudaib and led him to object to the council president's addressed words.
