Khaberni - The Samara family issued a statement about the Palestinian Preventive Security apparatus in the Tubas governorate targeting a civilian vehicle inside which were the fugitive from the occupation Samer Samara and his wife and children, resulting in the death of his two children and injuries to the rest of the family members.
The family considered what happened a serious violation of the law, national and ethical standards, and called on the people of the town of Tammun and Tubas governorate and all honorable people in Palestine to stand up to demand accountability for all those involved.
They also demanded the immediate release of Samer Samara, the accountability of those who carried out and issued the orders, and called on the Lawyers' Union and human rights institutions to file cases in front of the Palestinian and international judiciary, affirming that the case affects every Palestinian home and requires ensuring that such incidents do not recur.

A heinous crime committed by the Preventive Security by targeting the children of the pursued by the occupation Samer Samara, and killing them in cold blood...
A new crime committed by the Preventive Security in the Tubas governorate, where a special unit disguised in civilian clothing and civilian cars, without any warning or alert, fired assault rifles of type M16 at the car of the pursued by the occupation for eight years Samer Samara, which also had inside his wife and five children, resulting in the martyrdom of his two children Ali and Ronza, who had over the years suffered from ongoing raids by the occupation, noting that the martyred child Ali was arrested several times by the occupation to pressure his father to surrender, completing the crime with the martyrdom of his children, and injuries of varying severity to other family members, in a shocking scene that shook the conscience of every honorable and activist human.
What happened constitutes a serious violation of the law and national and moral standards, and raises serious questions about the security doctrine possessed by these uncontrolled, enemies of humanity.
Targeting a civilian vehicle transporting children and women, with live bullets by a Palestinian security apparatus, with such savagery, represents an incident of great danger requiring inevitable punishment for this criminal group whose hands have been stained with Palestinian blood.
We, the Samara family, reject all forms of recklessness with Palestinian blood, and confirm that the blood of our children is not just a number in the event log, but a trust in the necks of everyone. And preserving the life of every Palestinian and maintaining his dignity, is above any consideration.
We call on the residents of Tammun town, Tubas governorate, and all the honorable people in our homeland to stand united in defense of the right and justice, and to demand accountability for all those uncontrolled, from the sons of Palestinian security apparatus who have crossed the red lines, with their heinous crime committed in cold blood and deliberately, disregarding all the laws regulating the Palestinian human's right to life.
The case of the Samara family today is not the case of a specific family but is the cause of every Palestinian home fearing for its children and sons from this criminal group, and it is a national and moral responsibility that requires serious consideration to prevent the recurrence of such crimes.
Therefore, we demand the following:-
- Immediate release of the pursued by the occupation Samer Samara, without any conditions.
- Accountability for all involved in this crime, the executing killers all, and those who decided to send them to commit this massacre, against the children of the target pursued by the occupation for years.
- We call on all the honorable people in Tammun, Tubas governorate, and Palestine, to stand unified in legally and tribally demanding the accountability of the killers, for the fire ignited will not stop at anyone's door.
- We call on the Lawyers' Union and legal and human rights institutions to take their leading role in bringing lawsuits before the Palestinian and international judiciary, to hold these outlaws accountable.
And those who have wronged will know what kind of turning they will be turned.
