Khaberni - English reports revealed that the former owner of Nottingham Forest Football Club was stabbed in his home by thieves earlier this month.
The newspaper "The Sun" reported that the victim is Kuwaiti businessman Fawaz Al-Hasawi, former owner of Nottingham from 2012 to 2017.
It explained that the thieves broke into Al-Hasawi's luxurious home in the "Mayfair" area of the capital, London.
It continued: "Al-Hasawi was asleep when the thieves entered his room, and he was stabbed in his hands and neck after confronting them."
It said: "Several pictures of Al-Hasawi with his hands bandaged have spread, but it is unclear whether the thieves managed to steal anything from the home."
The British newspaper cited the English capital's police saying that the injuries the Kuwaiti businessman sustained were not life-threatening, and that investigations are still ongoing.
Fawaz Al-Hasawi (57 years old) owned Nottingham Forest between 2012 and 2017 before selling it to its current owner, Greek Evangelos Marinakis.
During Al-Hasawi's management of the club, nine managers were hired over five years in the second division, before Marinakis oversaw their return to the English Premier League in 2022, and their participation in the current season of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
