This is what happened between the king and his comrades in arms at the Royal Court

Khaberni - King Abdullah II met at the Hashemite Royal Court today, Sunday, with a group of retired comrades in arms, on the occasion of Loyalty Day for the retired military personnel and veterans.
The king congratulated his comrades in arms and the retired military personnel on this occasion, expressing his pride in them and their contributions to the nation.
The Director General of the Economic and Social Establishment for Military Retirees and Veterans, retired Major General Adnan Ahmed Al-Raqad, spoke about the importance of this occasion in enhancing the appreciation for the retirees of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arabic Army and the security devices.
Al-Raqad added that the king's recent directive to restructure the Arabic Army reaffirms His Majesty's ongoing commitment to cementing the approach of the armed forces, to remain at the highest levels of readiness and efficiency to face various challenges.
Al-Raqad valued the king's commitment to supporting the retired military personnel, confirming the perpetual readiness of the comrades in arms to serve the nation, and the continuous efforts of the establishment in implementing development projects that contribute to the service of retired military personnel.
From their side, speakers from the retired military personnel expressed their pride in meeting the king, affirming their appreciation for the deep-rooted relationship between the Hashemite leadership and the members and retirees of the armed forces.
The speakers confirmed that they will always remain an integral part of the national security system and community building, emphasizing their readiness to continue serving the nation, each from their position, with all the experiences and values they hold.
The meeting was attended by the chief of the Hashemite Royal Court, Youssef Hassan Al-Essawi, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Youssef Ahmad Al-Huneiti, director of General Intelligence, Major General Ahmad Husni, and the director of Public Security, Major General Dr. Obeidallah Al-Maaytah.
