As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of the educational process and improving academic performance, the Faculty of Arts at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan hosted the international expert in English language education, and Cambridge-certified trainer, Peter Loquante, to deliver a specialized training course aimed at the faculty members of the English department.
The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Dr. Musa Al-Zaghoul, and the Deputy Dean, Dr. Mu'adh Al-Ghazou, along with several faculty members of the department.
The course was held over two days under the title "Developing Professional Practices in English Language Teaching", aiming to enhance modern teaching methods. It focused on concepts of differentiated teaching, integrating assessments in teaching, utilizing artificial intelligence in education, and developing effective classroom management strategies and improving educational outcomes.
Participants expressed their great appreciation for the course content, praising the inclusion of practical applications and modern teaching methods that have contributed to developing their professional skills and enhancing their academic efficiency.
