After AlTamari Night Dembélé Opens Fire on Teammates and Enrique Responds Violently

Khaberni - The aftermath of the shocking defeat Paris Saint-Germain suffered against their host Stade Rennais (1-3) did not stop at the field edges, but extended to ignite a "verbal war" within the corridors of the Parisian club, with star Ousmane Dembélé and coach Luis Enrique at the center.

The titleholder had just received their third defeat of this season in the French League, on Friday evening, in a match that saw the brilliance of the Jordanian star Musa Al-Tamari (star of Stade Rennais), freezing the Parisians' points at 51 from 22 matches, with the possibility of losing the lead to Lens if the latter wins today, Saturday.

Following the final whistle, the world's best player, Ousmane Dembélé, had harsh criticisms for his teammates, urging them to play with a team spirit.

Dembélé said in statements to the league's channel: "We need to show more enthusiasm and, above all, we need to play with the spirit of Paris Saint-Germain to be able to win."

The French striker added in a sharp tone: "If every player plays for themselves on the field, it won't work and we won't win titles... Last season we put the interest of the club and the crest above all else."

However, these remarks did not sit well with the technical director Luis Enrique, who responded in a "violent" and direct manner.

The Spanish coach said: "The statements that were made about some of my team's players after this match have no value to me."

Enrique concluded firmly: "I will never allow any player to be above the club. This is absolutely clear... These statements are born out of frustration due to the match that has just ended."
