Galfar explained that the corporation's participation includes two main stations; the first is a specialized platform that displays the journey of the smart ambulance response, starting from proactive planning of the ambulance resources relying on the analysis of historical and current data, through smart call reception systems via digital applications and the UAE identity, leading to field response supported by digital alert systems and medical integration with hospitals.

He noted that the corporation relies on integrating data related to the locations of reports, peak times, population density, and major events, analyzing them using Geographic Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence, which contributes to determining the best positions for ambulance vehicles, improving coverage range, and reducing response time in various areas of the emirate.

Galfar added that the second station consists of showcasing the field support unit, a specialized and equipped ambulance vehicle with the latest medical equipment and operational systems to support field teams in emergency situations and major accidents, especially in rugged areas or during natural disasters, reflecting the high level of readiness and development reached by Dubai's ambulance system, and its ability to handle various scenarios efficiently, ensuring the provision of advanced and swift medical care at the scene.

He confirmed that the corporation received more than 279,000 ambulance calls in one year through the smart call reception system, reflecting the growing reliance on digital channels and the efficiency of dispatch and ambulance management systems, pointing out that the corporation succeeded in achieving a response time of about 7 minutes during the year 2025 and aims to reach 4 minutes by the year 2033.

He explained that the corporation continues to invest in modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, remote medical communication systems, and digital integration with health entities, aiming to improve the quality of medical care and enhance the speed of clinical decision-making in emergency situations, which contributed to achieving advanced results in patient care.

The Executive Director affirmed that Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services' participation in the World Health Expo represents an important platform for exchanging experiences and showcasing leading experiences, contributing to the development of the ambulance work system and consolidating Dubai's position as a global model in healthcare services and emergency response.
