Khaberni - Two American officials said that US President Donald Trump will announce the sending of thousands of troops from several countries as part of what is known as the International Stability Force, within the framework of a plan being presented at the Peace Council meeting, according to what Reuters reported on Thursday.
According to the officials, Trump will provide a comprehensive briefing on the International Stability Force for the Gaza Strip during the Council meeting, expecting that delegations from at least 20 countries will attend the meeting, including several heads of state.
They added that the American president will also announce a funding plan worth billions of dollars earmarked for Gaza, during the first Peace Council meeting next week, in a step aimed at supporting stability and reconstruction in the sector.
