Netanyahu questions agreement with Iran and calls for missile and proxy restrictions

Khaberni - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that any potential agreement with Iran must include clear restrictions on its ballistic missile program and its activities through proxies in the region, while expressing his doubts about the possibility of reaching a comprehensive agreement.

Netanyahu added that the terms offered by US President Donald Trump, from his perspective, allow the possibility of reaching a "good agreement" with Iran, if Tehran complies with the presented requirements.

He noted that the Iranians "now realize who they are dealing with," referring to the American administration, considering that Tehran understood that it made a mistake previously when it failed to reach an agreement.

In contrast, Netanyahu emphasized that he does not hide his general skepticism about the chances of success of any negotiations, stressing the need for any future agreement to cover various aspects of the Iranian program, not just the nuclear file.
