Khaberni - The Syrian Ministry of Defense announced that units of the Syrian Arab Army have begun deploying at the Syrian-Iraqi-Jordanian border in the Al-Tanf desert.
The ministry stated in a release issued today, Thursday, that this coincides with the units taking over the Al-Tanf base, securing the base and its surroundings.
It was explained that the border guards will begin taking over their responsibilities and deploying in the area in the coming days.
