Khaberni - The city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is preparing to receive Colombian star Shakira, after Mayor Eduardo Paes hinted at her selection to revive the annual musical event held at the famous Copacabana beach.
Paes revealed the news on his social media account "X", where he posted a video clip of Shakira with the word «confirmed», without providing additional details, which caused widespread interaction among followers.
It is scheduled that the Rio municipality, in cooperation with the state government, will hold an official press conference to announce the details of this year's edition of the event, known as (Todo Mundo no Rio), which has become an annual tradition attracting thousands to the beach.
Despite the absence of an explicit official statement, informed sources indicated that the mayor's post is a confirmation of Shakira's participation in the anticipated event, which is expected to be one of the most prominent musical events in the city this year.
