Initial investigations revealed that the organizer of the party was an individual holding Iraqi nationality, and he invited girls to enter the club for free in order to attract a larger audience and generate financial profits from selling tickets.
The Public Prosecutor's Office in Cairo decided to release the accused on bail pending further investigations, while the competent authorities continue to follow up on the case.
According to security agency investigations, it was revealed that the party was announced without obtaining the necessary legal permits, in addition to using an inappropriate name and ambiguity in the organizational procedures.
