Charles absence from the government logo ignites outrage in Britain

Khaberni - Amidst the storm of criticism that follows him, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer finds himself in a new dilemma, standing at a crossroads amid attempts to overthrow him.

According to the British newspaper "The Sun", the Labour government led by Starmer faced accusations of violating traditions after ministers removed the phrase "His Majesty the King" from government communication logos, which ignited considerable anger in the United Kingdom due to what was considered a shocking disregard for King Charles III.

Until last summer, the logo used in official business and documents bore the mark "His Majesty's Government".

The decision to remove the reference to the king was clarified in the publicly available government style guide, where the Cabinet recognized a "strategic decision" to now refer to "the Government of the United Kingdom".

In contrast, the opposing Conservative Party pledged to reverse this step and severely criticized the Labour Party for removing the reference to the king.

Shadow government minister Alex Burghart said that it's "typical for the Labour Party to quietly try to erase traditions".

Burghart questioned "What is the benefit of this change?" and said "It's just another frustrating attempt at modernization for the sake of modernization".

He added "There is no doubt that the Conservatives will reverse this decision on the first day".

Burghart considered this decision as the latest betrayal of the country's interests by the Labour government, alongside the decision to relinquish sovereignty over the Chagos Islands.

This comes at a time when reports indicated that the Prime Minister's office in Downing Street is also working on redesigning the government logo to be more user-friendly.
