Khaberni - The head of the Initiative Party parliamentary bloc, deputy Ahmad Al-Humaisat, praised the successive achievements made by the Arab Potash Company, appreciating the great efforts and wise and inspiring management of its chairman, in leading one of the most prominent national economic institutions.
Al-Humaisat stated that the insightful vision and prudent management approach contributed to enhancing the financial and operational performance of the company, which positively reflected on Jordan's status on the global economic map, leading to exceptional financial results that enhanced the company's global competitiveness and expanded its presence in value-added manufacturing industries, in line with the objectives of the economic modernization vision.
He added that the success of “Arab Potash” in penetrating the toughest global markets, notably the European market, confirms the efficiency of the management and its commitment to the highest standards of quality and specification, pointing out the company and its subsidiaries' and allies' contribution of more than $1.3 billion to the kingdom's foreign currency reserves in the first nine months of the previous year.
Al-Humaisat pointed to the pivotal role of the company in bolstering the state treasury through taxes, mining returns, concession fees, and port dues, in addition to supporting national exports and strengthening the robustness of the economy, alongside its significant contributions to community responsibility projects in the fields of education, health, infrastructure, and empowering youth in various provinces.
Al-Humaisat affirmed the Initiative Party parliamentary bloc’s pride in these national successes, wishing the company management continued progress and excellence, and emphasizing the importance of continuing to build on these achievements to serve the national economy.
