Khaberni - The Independent Election Commission stated that it has taken note of the court ruling regarding Representative Mohamed Ahmed Ali Al-Jarrah, which supports the decision of the Workers' Party to expel him. The "Independent Election Commission," through its spokesperson Mohamed Khair Al-Rawashdeh, confirmed that upon being officially notified of a vacant parliamentary seat, according to the provisions of the Constitution and the laws on elections and parties, it will officially announce the name of the representative who will replace the expelled member.
Based on the provisions of the election and party laws and the election commission law, the vacant seat, by virtue of being allocated to the youth category, will be filled by the young candidate from the same list that represented the same party.
