Khaberni - Dr. Ali Abdel-Lat, the General Director of Al Bashir Hospitals, said on Tuesday that the number of visitors to the clinics of Al Bashir Hospitals during the year 2025 reached about 900,000 visitors, receiving no less than 60% of the service through the medication delivery service.
Abdel-Lat clarified through Al Mamlaka TV that this comes as part of the automation project adopted by the Ministry of Health in hospitals and health centers, aiming to facilitate the provision of medical service to all its recipients, especially those visiting clinics and health centers who receive chronic medications dispensed monthly.
He pointed out that the delivery program is carried out through the "Hakeemi" application via the delivery pharmacy, benefiting tens of thousands of visitors and patients who have government health insurance and are registered with the Ministry of Health, and who receive their services in the public health sector.
Abdel-Lat affirmed that this project contributes to alleviating the burden on patients and reducing the number of visitors inside the clinics, which positively reflects on the quality and speed of providing health services.
