The launch of the program comes as part of Zain Cash's strategy aimed at encouraging the transition towards a society less dependent on cash and enhancing the use of various electronic payment methods offered by Zain Cash with ease and safety, contributing to broadening the scope of financial inclusion and enhancing the adoption of digital solutions in various aspects of daily life. The CoinZat program reflects Zain Cash’s direction towards developing an integrated digital ecosystem that blends financial services, smart payment solutions, and reward programs to enhance the wider use of digital payments.
The program aims to reward both prepaid and credit card customers of Zain Cash, through points that can be exchanged for shopping vouchers at a wide network of merchants, along with exclusive offers and benefits. The program allows earning "Coinz" for using the cards in payments at stores and various sales points, or for online purchases, and exchanging them for various rewards through the app.
Prepaid and credit card users of Zain Cash will be able to subscribe to and join the CoinZat program for free through the Zain Cash app, where the user can access the service, agree to the terms and conditions, and immediately start collecting Coinz and enjoying the program benefits.
The program grants a number of Coinz when using Zain Cash prepaid or credit cards for payments locally and internationally, whether online or at point-of-sale devices in stores, in addition to payments through Apple Pay or using virtual cards, along with acquiring welcome Coinz and special rewards on occasions, as well as additional rewards gained when inviting new users to join the Zain Cash digital ecosystem.
The program also provides a flexible and fast redemption experience, where customers can use Coinz instantly within the app through the Quick Response (QR) Code at participating merchants, which will facilitate the rewards utilization process and enhance the integrated digital payment experience.
The validity of the points typically lasts up to 12 months, noting that in case of any purchase return, the gained points from that purchase will be deducted.
