Lawsuit Against Hezbollah for 53 Million

Khaberni - An Israeli website reported that the families of 8 children who were killed in a bombing in the area of Majdal Shams in the occupied Syrian Golan in 2024 have filed a lawsuit against Lebanese "Hezbollah," seeking compensation according to Israeli law.
The Israeli website "srugim" reported that the lawsuit was filed in the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court, and it requested compensation amounting to 80 million shekels, approximately $26 million US dollars.
The site also noted that another lawsuit is also being raised against "Hezbollah" on behalf of more than 30 people injured in the Majdal Shams incident, totaling 165 million shekels, approximately $54 million US dollars.
The lawsuit stated that the missile launched was of Iranian manufacture, carrying a 53-kilogram warhead, and was deliberately fired from the Lebanese town of Shebaa directly at a soccer field in occupied Majdal Shams.
In September 2024, Israel claimed that "Hezbollah" fired a missile that hit a soccer field in Majdal Shams in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights.
At that time, the incident resulted in the death of 12 boys and girls who were present in the field in addition to injuring dozens.
