Khaberni - The public security directorate spokesman said that specialized teams from the East Irbid Civil Defense Directorate, assisted by the International Search and Rescue Team, dealt this evening with a report received by the operations and control directorate indicating that two people were involved in an incident of soil and rock collapse on them inside a cave on the Hawara road in Irbid governorate.
He added that one of them suffered a foot injury, while the other was trapped under the rubble. The specialized teams made significant efforts that led to the liberation of the person trapped under the rubble, who was found to have multiple injuries to his body. Necessary first aid was provided to them, and they were transferred to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment. An investigation into the incident has been opened.
