Thousands of Indonesian forces preparing to enter Gaza

Khaberni -   Preparations are underway to accommodate thousands of Indonesian soldiers who will be integrated into the international stabilization force in the Gaza Strip.

According to Israeli Channel Kann, no specific date for the arrival of the soldiers has been set, but it will be the first foreign force expected to arrive in Gaza.

The Indonesian forces are expected to be stationed in the area south of the Gaza Strip, between Rafah and Khan Yunis.

The channel reported that the area is ready, and the construction of residential buildings there will take several weeks. Estimates indicate that this number amounts to several thousands of Indonesian soldiers.

In the meantime, it was revealed today that Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto is expected to arrive in Washington on February 19 to participate in the Peace Council meeting chaired by President Donald Trump. Subianto had previously stated that his country is ready to send 20,000 troops to Gaza.
