New Judicial Development Regarding the Trial of Fadel Shaker

Khaberni - The case of the Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker has witnessed a new development, after the court decided to postpone the sentencing session to April 24 next.

The next session will be dedicated to hearing the final arguments of the first party's lawyer and the public prosecutor, as part of the case related to charges of incitement to murder and financing terrorist groups.

Developments in the trial of Fadel Shaker
The decision to postpone was made in light of completing the legal procedures, where the court clarified that it will listen in detail to the defense's arguments and the prosecutor's presentation before making its final decision in the case under consideration.

The plaintiff stated that, according to his account, the role of the artist Fadel Shaker was limited to inciting murder through loudspeakers inside one of the mosques, noting that he did not see him on the battlefield.

On the other hand, Fadel Shaker commented from inside the dock that these statements contradict what was previously recorded in the investigation records in front of the prosecution, considering that the accusations against him were fabricated, as he stated during the session.

In related news, the artist Mohammed Fadel Shaker expressed his full confidence in the Lebanese judiciary, insisting on the necessity for justice to take its natural course and emphasizing his father's innocence from the charges attributed to him.
