Global Rise in Oil Derivatives Prices in the First Week of February

Khaberni - The weekly newsletter for oil derivatives and Brent crude prices in the global markets showed a price increase in the first week of February 2026 compared to their prices in the last January.

According to the newsletter, the average price of Octane (95) gasoline in the first week was $632 per ton, compared to $623 in the last January, with an increase rate of about 1.4%.

Also, the average price of Octane (90) gasoline reached $614 per ton compared to $606, with an increase rate of about 1.3%; and the average price of diesel rose from $584 per ton to $625, with an increase rate of about 7%.

The average price of kerosene increased from $634 per ton to $659, with an increase rate of about 3.9%; and the average price of fuel oil rose from $363 per ton to $414, with an increase rate of about 14%.

Regarding liquefied petroleum gas, its average price increased from $521 per ton to $541, with an increase rate of about 3.8%.

The average price of Brent crude in the first week of February increased to $70 per barrel compared to its average price in the last January, which was $67, with an increase rate of about 4.5%.
