Khaberni - During a surprise visit, Social Development Minister Wafa Bani Mustafa inspected the Juvenile Care and Rehabilitation House in Irbid and the Family Reconciliation House, as part of the field visits to the care and rehabilitation centers and units affiliated with the ministry.
Bani Mustafa, during her visit to the Juvenile Care and Rehabilitation House in Irbid, observed the services offered to the beneficiaries from the juvenile category.
During her tour of the facility’s premises, she directed the staff to provide all necessary means for rehabilitating juveniles by providing them with skills and training in crafts at the house to empower them and assist them after their release in integrating into the job market.
She ordered the completion of the house's maintenance procedures to provide a suitable environment that enables them to receive its services according to the best practices, and in a manner that ensures their best interest.
In a related context, Bani Mustafa visited the Family Reconciliation House in Irbid, which included a tour of the facility’s premises and an insight into the reality of the services provided to the beneficiaries, the implemented programs related to psychological and social support, economic empowerment, and family counselling for the beneficiaries.
She emphasized the importance of providing the best means of care for the beneficiaries, doubling efforts to serve them, contributing to providing a safe and dignified environment for them, and aiding in their reintegration into their families and society.
