Khaberni - Retired Israeli military brigadier Isaac Brick stated that "Israel is heading towards destruction, has become, in the eyes of the world, a repulsive and disgusting state, and internally many of its good people have chosen to emigrate abroad."
In his article today in the Israeli newspaper Maariv, Brick stated that "Israel has become a state torn from within, with rampant hatred among the various factions, between the right and left, and between Jews and Arabs, penetrating every good part of it and draining it."
Brick believes that the leadership in Israel "has lost its way and prefers its political survival over the public interest, and we have only one way out of this impasse, which is for a young generation to take charge and lead the country towards safety," pointing out that the current leadership "has lost its compass and prefers its political survival over the welfare of society and the state."
He explained that "real reform will not come from the old leadership but from a new alliance led by the youth that transcends the traditional divisions between right and left, religious and secular."
Brick warned that in the eyes of the world, "Israel has become a repulsive state, with many of its children choosing to emigrate abroad, in parallel with the erosion of national immunity in the realms of security, economy, education, health, infrastructure, and science."
