Khaberni - The Director General of Public Security, Major General Dr. Obeidallah Maaytah, directed the honoring of (52) inmates from the rehabilitation centers who successfully passed the general secondary exam, during the supplementary session for the year(2025-2026), in an achievement that reflects the level of care provided to the inmates, enabling them to rebuild themselves as active members of society.
A total of (131) inmates had registered for the general secondary examination in various rehabilitation centers, where suitable conditions were provided for them to study and take the exams, in collaboration and coordination with the Ministry of Education.
These efforts come within the framework of the reformative strategy adopted by the rehabilitation centers’ administration, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, aiming to provide the opportunity for inmates interested in continuing their education to take the general secondary examinations, believing in the importance of education as one of the fundamental pillars in rehabilitating the inmate and integrating them into society.
