Khaberni - In cooperation with the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority and the Tourism Promotion Authority, and organized by the company 16th of May, Ayla Oasis Development Company announced it is hosting the international star Shakira in a grand musical concert to take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Ayla golf courses in Aqaba City, as part of her global tour “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran”.
Shakira officially ranks as the highest-grossing Latin artist in the history of global music tours, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, which lends this event exceptional significance on both regional and international levels.
This event stands as a significant milestone on the map of entertainment and tourist activities in Jordan, reflecting Aqaba’s growing stature as a safe regional destination capable of attracting major global names.
The concert is expected to boost tourist movement in the kingdom generally, by attracting thousands of visitors from the region and around the world, positively impacting the hospitality, hotel, and tourism services and transportation sectors, and enhancing Aqaba's presence on the international stage as a city vibrant with life and activities.
On this occasion, Eng.
