Khaberni – The spokesman for the Public Security Directorate clarified the details of the incident where a public security official and a minor were run over in the province of Jerash a few days ago.
The source explained that a report was received by the operations room of the Jerash Governorate police directorate, days ago, stating that a vehicle was drifting in the city of Jerash, and that the driver ran over a minor during it.
The source added: A security force immediately moved to the location, and upon arrival, the vehicle’s driver, while being apprehended, ran over a member of the security force with the rank of (deputy), who was then rushed to Haya Military Hospital, and his overall condition was described as moderate.
The source continued: All parties were detained and investigations began.
